Who we are
MTDE Technology (MTDE Tech for short) is a technology services company that manages businesses’ IT operations, information security and compliance processes under one roof. We work across managed IT services, server and network infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cyber security, KVKK (data protection) compliance, process automation, web management and artificial intelligence integration.
Our team brings more than 20 years of experience in the information technology sector. In organizations operating across a wide range of fields — including manufacturing, mining, healthcare, construction, real estate and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) — we have managed corporate server and virtualization environments, backup and disaster recovery infrastructures, and network and identity systems end to end.
This experience has never been limited to simply running systems; we have delivered technology projects across entire organizations. Alongside Microsoft 365 migrations, data migration projects, network infrastructure renewals and information security compliance work, we have designed and implemented RPA projects that hand repetitive tasks over to software robots. The knowledge gained in organizations of different sizes and subject to different regulations is what enables us today to quickly understand needs that vary from one sector to another.
A significant part of this journey took place in sectors subject to regulatory oversight. We experienced audits, budget pressure and the “why is the system slow” question firsthand — from both sides of the table. We founded MTDE Tech to provide exactly the trust and standard of service one expects from a true business partner.
Today we work with companies in real estate appraisal, real estate consultancy, maritime, legal, manufacturing, construction, e-commerce, healthcare, vehicle fleet management and tourism. We approach every sector with the same care, building each solution around that sector’s regulations, way of working and day-to-day operations.
