We apply role-based permissions to recipe, technical drawing and R&D files and log access to them.
Business email and Microsoft 365
We set up business email, Teams and file sharing on Microsoft 365 and provide the licences on a monthly subscription basis.

We identify the systems that would stop production and plan backup and recovery times accordingly.

Legal responsibility and risks
- Uploading recipe, technical drawing and R&D data to an open AI tool weakens the protection of trade secrets.
- In regulated texts such as product labels, ingredient declarations and safety information, AI output cannot be used without expert approval; responsibility lies with the manufacturer.
- For spreadsheets containing dealer and customer data, data protection obligations apply in full.
Using AI does not remove legal responsibility: Turkish data protection law (KVKK), confidentiality duties, intellectual property and sector regulations all still apply. We have no full-time IT staff. How do we work together?
We work on a monthly consultancy and support model: we handle routine work remotely, carry out on-site maintenance in scheduled visits and advise on investment decisions.
Do you also support our ERP software?
The vendor supports the application; we manage the server, database backups, user access and performance, and deal with the vendor on your behalf.
Are the old computers on the production floor a risk?
Yes. Where we cannot upgrade operating systems that are out of support, we move those devices to a separate network zone, restrict their internet access and keep a backup.
