AI Integrations
We integrate AI into your business processes in a way that is secure, measurable and legally sound: the right tool, the right data, the right rules.
Your employees are already using AI. The real question is how.
Generative AI tools entered offices without waiting for a corporate decision. Proposal texts, contract summaries, client correspondence, draft reports: employees often do this work with personal accounts, without knowing which data goes where.
We do not ban AI; we manage it. We define which tool may be used with which data, deploy enterprise solutions that carry data protection commitments, and build a way of working in which responsibility for the output stays with a human.
Corporate AI consultancy, Microsoft Copilot deployment, AI integration and the drafting of an AI usage policy: we offer them all in a single service.
Scope
What our AI integration service covers
Readiness and data governance
Before the assistant is switched on, we put file permissions, sharing settings and data classification in order, so the assistant sees only what the user should see.
Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment
We roll Copilot out in a controlled way, with licensing, a pilot group, a permissions review and user training.
In-house knowledge assistants
We build assistants that work on your procedures, contracts and archive documents, cite their sources and do not take data outside the organisation.
AI-assisted automation
We add document reading, classification and summarisation steps to RPA flows, and keep human approval at decision points.
Usage policy and training
We prepare the acceptable use policy together with the law firm and explain, in practice, which data may be entered into which tool.
Shadow AI control
We make the use of non-enterprise AI tools visible and limit the uploading of sensitive data to them with technical controls.
Legal framework
Using AI does not transfer responsibility
The right use of AI is as much a legal matter as a technical one. We design integrations with the following points in mind.
KVKK and transfers abroad
Sending a prompt that contains personal data to an AI service abroad means processing personal data and, in most cases, transferring it abroad. The Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority’s November 2025 guide on generative AI and the protection of personal data, and its guidance on the use of generative AI in the workplace, are reminders of these obligations.
Responsibility for the output stays with a person
When a text, calculation or recommendation produced by AI turns out to be wrong, responsibility stays with the person and organisation using the tool. For the expert, lawyer or executive who signs, “the AI wrote it that way” is not a defence.
Confidentiality duties and NDAs
The confidentiality clauses in client contracts and the duties of confidentiality arising from professional rules also apply to data entered into AI tools.
Intellectual property
The copyright status of generated content and the risk of infringement arising from training data are assessed separately, especially for text, images and code presented externally.
Audit trail and accountability
Who accessed which tool, with which data? In regulated sectors you need to be able to answer that with records, which is why we prefer enterprise solutions.
Companies working with the EU
For companies operating in the EU or offering products and services to the EU, the obligations of the EU AI Act also come into play.
This section is for information only and does not constitute legal advice. Our partner law firm carries out the legal assessment; we build its technical and operational counterpart.
How we work
A predictable process in four steps
We follow the same method on every project, so you know from the start what is being done, when and why.
01
Discovery
We review your current setup, needs and risks, on site or remotely.
02
Planning
We present a clear roadmap covering priorities, scope and timeline.
03
Implementation
We complete the transition without disrupting your work, documenting every step.
04
Ongoing management
We keep improving through monitoring, reporting and regular reviews.
Frequently asked questions
AI Integrations: frequently asked questions
Wouldn’t it be safer to ban AI altogether?
A ban does not stop use; it makes it invisible: employees carry on with personal phones and accounts. Offering a secure enterprise alternative and making the rules clear works better than a ban.
What is the difference between free tools and enterprise versions?
Enterprise versions offer a contractual commitment that your data will not be used to train models, together with admin controls, identity integration and audit logs. Free and personal accounts lack most of these safeguards.
If we switch on Copilot, will everyone see every file?
Copilot uses content the user can already access. The problem is that permissions granted too broadly over the years suddenly become visible. That is why we put permissions and sharing in order first, and switch on the assistant afterwards.
Where does it genuinely help?
In repetitive knowledge work such as summarising, drafting, translation, document classification and fast access to in-house knowledge. We leave the steps that require expert judgement, a signature or a calculation to people.
