Legal
We build an IT environment that puts the confidentiality of client data at the centre and suits the way law firms work.
The duty of confidentiality extends to IT
Law firms hold highly sensitive data, yet usually have no in-house IT team. Files are scattered across personal computers, external drives and email attachments.
We make clear who holds the files, where they are and how they are protected, and make everyday needs such as e-filing, e-signature and remote working trouble-free.
IT support for law firms, IT services for legal practices, setup of the Turkish e-filing system (UYAP) and e-signature, and data security solutions tailored to law firms.
Scope
What our IT support for law firms covers
Secure document management
We set up matter-based permissions, version history and an orderly structure in client folders.
E-filing (UYAP) and e-signature support
We keep the UYAP Lawyer Portal, e-signature and the applications they depend on running smoothly.
Email security and registered email (KEP)
We deploy phishing protection and encrypted sending, and support you in using registered electronic mail (KEP).
Remote and mobile working
We provide secure access to files in court, at a client visit or at home.
Compliant archiving and backup
We set up archiving in line with retention periods, encrypted backup and destruction processes.
Device security
We encrypt disks, remotely wipe lost devices and close the access of staff who leave.
Artificial intelligence
Using AI the right way in this industry
In law, AI is a powerful assistant, but only an assistant. The duty of confidentiality and the responsibility that comes with a signature do not change.
Where AI helps
- Checking language, consistency and format in draft pleadings and contracts
- Summarising long files and expert reports, and building chronologies
- Closed search across the firm’s own templates and precedent archive
Legal responsibility and risks
- When case law and legislation citations invented by AI find their way into a pleading, responsibility lies with the lawyer who signs; every citation must be verified at source.
- Uploading client information to a non-enterprise tool carries a risk of breaching the duty of confidentiality under the Attorneys’ Act and data protection law.
- Responsibility for the legal opinion given to a client cannot be delegated to AI; the tool only speeds up the preparation stage.
Using AI does not remove legal responsibility: Turkish data protection law (KVKK), confidentiality duties, intellectual property and sector regulations all still apply. These points are for information only; we carry out the legal assessment together with our partner law firm. See AI Integrations for details.

Frequently asked questions
Legal: frequently asked questions
Do you also work with sole practitioners?
Yes. We scale the scope of service to the number of users.
Are our files safe in the cloud?
Properly configured enterprise cloud services are, in most cases, safer than a single server in the office or an external drive. Together we decide where the data is kept, who can access it and how it is backed up.
Do you provide support for UYAP problems?
Yes. Problems caused by the browser, Java and the e-signature driver are resolved as part of support.
