Real Estate Agencies
Corporate IT packages for estate agencies and agents: business email, a secure listing archive, data protection and listing authorisation in order, and AI support.
Your office is in your pocket. So is your risk.
An estate agent’s office is their phone: listing photos, images of title deeds and ID cards, client messages and contracts all sit on a single device, often in personal accounts. When the phone is lost, or an agent leaves the agency, years of work go with it.
Meanwhile, the sector in Turkey is rapidly being brought under formal record: the trading licence, listing verification through the Electronic Listing Verification System (EIDS), and data protection (KVKK) and anti-money-laundering (MASAK) obligations are now everyday work even for small agencies. We offer ready-made packages that manage this load without taking time away from selling.
IT support for estate agencies, business email for agents, a personal website for property consultants and listing authorisation tracking: we bring these needs together in a single package.
Sound familiar?
The six problems we see most often in estate agencies
If even two of these sound familiar, the packages were designed for exactly these problems.
The agent who leaves takes the portfolio
Because the client list and listings sit on a personal phone and in a personal account, the agency is left with nothing.
Business runs on personal Gmail and chat apps
Without a business email address, trust suffers and correspondence never enters the agency’s records.
If the phone is lost, everything is gone
An unencrypted phone with no backup becomes the only copy of client data and months of work.
ID and title deed images sit in the photo gallery
Clients’ ID, title deed and bank details remain in the photo gallery and chat history; that is a direct data protection risk.
Contracts and documents get lost in folders
Authorisation, viewing and tenancy agreements sit on different computers and phones; the document you need cannot be found.
Fraudsters use the agency’s name
In fake listing and deposit scams, hijacked messaging accounts and copycat profiles damage the agency’s reputation.

Packages are adapted to your number of users and existing setup. Microsoft 365 licences, domain names and hardware are quoted separately. We do not touch the CRM and portal systems provided by your brand’s head office; we manage the agency’s own email, file, device and security layer.
Regulation
The sector is being formalised. Have your house in order.
We design the packages to make the part of the regulations that touches an agency’s daily work easier to handle. The points below describe the Turkish regulatory framework.
Trading licence and contract order
The Regulation on Real Estate Trade requires documents such as the authorisation agreement, the property viewing record and the brokerage agreement to be drawn up. We keep these documents in a searchable, permissioned archive.
Listing verification with EIDS
Under the Electronic Listing Verification System, listings can now be placed only by licensed businesses that the property owner has authorised through the e-Government portal. We track authorisation periods alongside the portfolio and send reminders before they expire.
Data protection obligations (KVKK)
Every agency that collects ID, title deed, bank and contact details is a data controller. We handle the notice, inventory and retention periods together with the law firm, and put the technical measures in place ourselves.
Anti-money-laundering (MASAK) and customer identification
Those who broker the sale and purchase of property are obliged parties under MASAK legislation. We design the document archive so that identification records are kept in an orderly and secure way.
Commercial messages and the national consent registry (IYS)
Businesses that announce listings by bulk SMS and email need to register with the Message Management System (IYS) and hold recipient consent; we manage mailing lists accordingly.
Keeping the digital trail
Listing, correspondence and contract records are the agency’s strongest evidence in a dispute. We make sure those records stay in the agency’s archive, not on the agent’s phone.
This section is for information only and does not constitute legal advice. The scope of the obligations may vary by business; we carry out the legal assessment together with our partner law firm.
Artificial intelligence
Using AI the right way in this industry
AI saves an agent hours every day. Responsibility for the accuracy of the listing, and for what the client is told, stays with the business.
Where AI helps
- Drafts of listing titles and descriptions; multilingual listings and correspondence with foreign clients
- First replies to client enquiries, appointment scheduling and matching enquiries to listings
- Summarising area and market data; preparing presentations and social media content
- Light and colour correction of photographs; floor plans and presentation visuals
Legal responsibility and risks
- Images altered or virtually staged with AI, and exaggerated listing copy, make the business liable under the Regulation on Real Estate Trade and consumer law when the listing is untrue; virtual staging must be stated clearly in the listing.
- A price estimate given by AI is not a valuation report. Only licensed appraisers can issue a valuation report, and that distinction must be made clear to the client.
- Uploading documents containing ID, title deed and bank details to open AI tools carries a risk of breaching data protection law.
- Wrong information given by a client-facing assistant about price, title status or service charges binds the agency; the limits of its answers must be clearly defined.
Using AI does not remove legal responsibility: Turkish data protection law (KVKK), confidentiality duties, intellectual property and sector regulations all still apply. These points are for information only; we carry out the legal assessment together with our partner law firm. See AI Integrations for details.

Frequently asked questions
Real Estate Agencies: frequently asked questions
I work alone. Is a package right for me?
Yes. The Professional package was designed for one person: it starts with business email, phone security, backed-up file space and a personal brand page. When your team grows, the move to the Agency package happens without any loss of data.
We belong to a franchise brand. Does this clash with the brand’s systems?
No. We do not touch the CRM, portal and listing systems provided by the brand’s head office. We manage the agency’s own email, file, device, network and security layer.
What happens when an agent leaves?
We close their account in one step. Their emails, client correspondence and listing files stay in the agency’s archive; we remotely wipe the corporate data on their phone and leave their personal data untouched.
Which CRM or listing software should we use?
We work independently of software. We keep your existing software and make sure it works together with the email and file infrastructure; if you are about to choose a new one, we support you with a needs analysis.
How does pricing work?
The Professional and Agency packages are quoted as a fixed monthly fee based on the number of users, and the Enterprise package per project. Licence, domain and hardware costs are shown as separate items in the quote.
